In the first instance please email email@example.com with your order number and returns information within 14 days of purchase. If we have agreed that you can return goods, they must be returned to CODE Beautiful Ltd, Piccadilly House, 49 Piccadilly, Manchester, M1 2AP after we have provided you with a returns number which you must write clearly on the packaging.
All returns must be accompanied by a returns number and your contact details. Failure to specify your returns number may result in us being unable to processing your return.
Postage will be at your own cost and we would advise you get a certificate of postage as proof of posting.
Once we have received your items back unopened you will be refunded within 7 working days.
For cosmetics there must be NO use to the products whatsoever and the box must be unopened and intact.
We accept no product liability whatsoever for the purchase and use of products which are not suited for you – this includes, but is not limited to, skin reactions. We hope that you fall in love with our products as much as we love them, if you don’t it makes us sad but at the same time we cannot accept goods back for this reason.
Advertised results are based on subjective test results and we in no way guarantee you will achieve these results. As such, we will accept no liability for the non-achievement of any results and do not class non-achievement of results as a faulty product.
If your item is found to be faulty, you must notify us in writing by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org detailing the fault and providing photographic evidence where possible within 7 days from date of receipt of order. Please do not return goods until we have issued you with a returns number if applicable.
Goods will ONLY be accepted back for exchange if the above procedure has been followed.
